Text messaging terms & conditions
What we text, why you're getting it, and how to make it stop.
The program
OSD Enterprises LLC (DBA OSD Transport Services) sends operational text messages about freight you are involved with: load status and check-call requests for carriers and drivers, pickup and delivery milestone updates for shippers, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in
You receive texts from us only if you gave us your mobile number and agreed to be texted — on a form on this website, in a carrier or shipper agreement, or by telling us directly when we set up your load or your account. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your load activity — a load in transit may generate several updates; no activity means no texts. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll get one final confirmation text, and then nothing further. If you opt out, we'll reach you by phone or email instead when a load needs attention.
Help
Reply HELP to any message, or call (501) 441-4130, and a person will help you.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our full privacy notice covers everything else.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
