Family-owned. Carrier-experienced. Arkansas-based.

OSD isn't a call center with a logistics logo. It's a family business in Little Rock, run by a founder who spent years moving the same freight we now broker.

Before OSD, I spent years pulling steel and machinery on a flatbed myself — long enough to learn what a fair rate looks like, what a safe carrier feels like, and what it means when a broker doesn't pay on time. Then a long career on the corporate side. OSD is the two put together: a freight company that runs like a real business but treats carriers the way I wanted to be treated on the road. That's the whole idea — I've been on both sides of the load.

Two people. You always reach one of them.

A dedicated business-development lead and a founder running operations — which reads as more serious than the one-person shops most prospects deal with, and means a real decision-maker picks up the phone.

Slow pay and bad dispatch are business risks here — not carrier complaints

Having lived detention, deadhead, rate pressure, and slow pay from the driver's seat, OSD treats them as problems to solve — not costs to push onto the carrier. One relationship, clean paperwork, and a rate path both sides can stand behind. That's the whole idea.

Let's move some freight.
