For carriers
Steady steel lanes. Clean pay. A broker who's hauled it.
OSD is run by a former owner-operator. Detention, deadhead, and slow pay aren't abstract problems here — they're why we built this brokerage to pay clean and communicate straight.
Why haul for us
Built the way you'd want a broker built
Real lanes, not random spot
We run steel, building materials, and machinery out of the Arkansas corridor — repeat freight on routes you can plan around.
Net 30, no games
Net 30 from a clean invoice, paid on time. Send your paperwork and your clock starts — no chasing, no surprise deductions.
Your choice on factoring
Keep your factor if you have one — we honor the NOA and pay them on time. Don't factor? No cut from us either way.
No bidding wars
We match loads to your truck, lane, and equipment — not a free-for-all to a hundred carriers.
Someone who's been in your seat
A former owner-operator answers the phone. You can tell in one conversation that we understand the work.
Active since 2023
Active broker authority since 2023, BMC-84 surety bond, clean FMCSA SAFER record. You can verify us yourself.

Questions
Carrier FAQ
How and when do you pay?
Net 30 from the day we receive your complete paperwork — signed BOL/POD, your invoice, and the rate confirmation. Get it to us within 24–48 hours of delivery and your clock starts right away. No surprise delays, no disputes for sport.
Are you factor-friendly?
Yes. Already factor? Keep your company — we honor your Notice of Assignment, verify your load fast, and pay your factor on time. Don't factor? We don't take a factoring cut out of your pay either way.
What freight and lanes do you run?
Flatbed, step-deck, and specialized loads — steel, building materials, and machinery — anchored in the Arkansas steel corridor with lanes through Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Louisiana, Missouri, and Mississippi.
What do I need to get set up?
Active operating authority, a W-9, a certificate of insurance (with OSD named as certificate holder and additional insured), and a signed broker-carrier agreement. Cargo coverage should suit steel and machinery — typically $150k or more, not just the $100k floor.
Do you blast loads to hundreds of trucks?
No. We match loads directly to carriers set up for the lane, commodity, and equipment. You deal with a former owner-operator who knows the work, not a call center.
