Privacy notice

What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect what you give us — your name, email or phone, company, and the load or carrier details you provide. Our server also records the time of submission and the originating IP address to prevent abuse.

When you arrive through a tagged OSD social post, we record the campaign link, visit time, and a random session identifier. Your browser keeps the first and most recent captured campaign links for up to 30 minutes after the first link is captured. If you submit an inquiry within that period, those links are saved with it. This tracking does not identify your social profile.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to your request and keep our business records. Captured campaign links help us measure visits and inquiries from OSD's social posts. We do not sell your information or send marketing you did not request.

How it's stored

Submissions are stored on OSD's own systems and emailed to our team. We keep records as long as needed for the business relationship and our legal recordkeeping obligations as a freight broker.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number — on a form here, in a carrier or shipper agreement, or over the phone — we may text you about your own freight: load updates, check-calls, milestone notices, and replies to your questions. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of doing business with us, and you can opt out any time by replying STOP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our SMS terms for the full messaging program details.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling (501) 441-4130. We'll take care of it.
