What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect what you give us — your name, email or phone, company, and the load or carrier details you provide. Our server also records the time of submission and the originating IP address to prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request — to quote a load, set up a carrier, or answer a question — and to keep our own business records. We do not sell it, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

How it's stored

Submissions are stored on OSD's own systems and emailed to our team. We keep records as long as needed for the business relationship and our legal recordkeeping obligations as a freight broker.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number — on a form here, in a carrier or shipper agreement, or over the phone — we may text you about your own freight: load updates, check-calls, milestone notices, and replies to your questions. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of doing business with us, and you can opt out any time by replying STOP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our SMS terms for the full messaging program details.

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling (501) 441-4130. We'll take care of it.
