BeeDee privacy policy

BeeDee is a private internal operations system used by authorized OSD staff for OSD Enterprises LLC, doing business as OSD Transport Services, and OSD Carriers LLC. This policy describes how these companies handle information through BeeDee, including connected company Facebook Pages.

Information we collect

BeeDee uses staff account and session information to authenticate authorized staff and record their actions.

When an authorized administrator connects a Page, BeeDee receives Page identifiers, authorization information, and access tokens. Tokens are encrypted and stored on the server.

BeeDee also receives information from connected Pages:

• Published posts and aggregate performance metrics.
• Page-scoped sender and recipient identifiers, message and attachment contents, and timestamps.
• Message delivery and read events and the webhook records used to receive these events.

BeeDee also records staff actions, links between Page activity and internal freight records, and performance numbers that staff type in from a provider's own analytics pages, with the name of the person who entered each one.

How we use information

We use this information to authorize Page connections, display published posts and performance reports, receive and manage company correspondence, and connect inquiries with freight operations. Staff actions and related records support accountability and investigation of operational issues.

Authorized staff can publish company posts and send replies through connected providers. BeeDee transmits the post or reply content to the provider as part of those actions. The provider's own privacy practices apply on its platform.

Access and security

BeeDee limits access through staff permissions and access controls for the relevant records. Authorized OSD staff use information to perform their assigned work. Page credentials stay on the server and are encrypted in storage.

Retention

BeeDee keeps company Facebook Page posts and their aggregate performance metrics until an administrator deletes them, including when Meta or the Page owner requires deletion. Performance numbers that staff type in from a provider's analytics pages are kept until an administrator deletes them. Content and statistics that BeeDee retrieves from LinkedIn are kept in temporary caches: post content for up to six months, and statistics for up to one year. Correspondence, attachments, freight documents, and operational evidence may remain in internal records after a provider cache expires. We retain records needed to manage business relationships, document freight operations, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Retention depends on the record's purpose and applicable freight, business, and legal requirements. A provider cache expiring does not automatically delete retained correspondence or freight records. Deleted information can remain in backups for up to six months, until those backups are replaced.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held in BeeDee, email dispatch@osdtransport.com or call 501-441-4130. Describe the information involved and the request. We may need further information to identify the relevant records and confirm your authority to make the request.

A staff member reviews each request, including any applicable business or legal recordkeeping obligations. We will explain our response and any retention obligations that apply to the requested information.
